What I remember most about “Mimi” was her fun-loving spirit. She always seemed happy, was quick with a joke, and hosted some really great family gatherings around the holidays.

She and her husband, my Pop-Pop, owned and ran Sky Manor Airport for a long time. I even lived there for a year after my dad graduated college, while Pop-Pop built us a house.
