The Brontos’ website was created to support my work as an independent author and to help fund the cost of publishing new books.
Producing children’s books involves real expenses, such as illustration, editing, and printing. Along with book sales on Amazon, this site and my Etsy shop help cover those costs so I can continue creating new stories and series.
You’ll also find short stories, updates, and creative extras, including free printable coloring book pages, crossword puzzles, and mazes. Our recent story introduces a new character, Luminara.
Excerpt: Luminara Joins the Bronto Brothers
Sitting beneath a tree, strumming an old guitar worn from playing, was a pale-colored dinosaur. She wasn’t performing or showing off. She just played, her head slightly down, with her fingers moving like they were telling a quiet story all their own.
“Hey,” Axe Raptor said. “Sounds great.”
The dinosaur stopped.
“Oh,” she said softly. “I… I only play a little. I didn’t mean to disrupt the show.”
“We’re on break,” he said with a smile. “You’re kinda stealing the show without even being on it.”
She blushed so faintly it was almost hard to see.
“I’m Luminara,” she said.
“Well, Luminara,” replied Axe. “You’ve got amazing timing. We’re short one harmony part.”
Luminara’s eyes widened.
“Oh, I couldn’t,” she said quickly. “I’m not really… a stage dinosaur.”
